New Guardian: Alexander, Cosmic Walker

Powerful, elegant, and terrifyingly precise, Alexander brings a style of combat that no other Guardian can replicate

Skills Breakdown
Dimensional Rift (Ultimate)
- Effect: Deals 600% of Attack as Magic Damage to a single enemy guardian, then banishes them into a Rift for 10 seconds.
- Special case: If the target is immune to control — or if they are the only non-summon enemy guardian remaining — the banish effect doesn’t trigger. Instead, the guardian remains on the battlefield and takes double the damage.
- Post-return debuff (with exclusive equipment): When the banished enemy returns from the Rift, their Attack is reduced by 30% and Magic Evasion reduced by 30 for 10 seconds.
Lv.2: Damage increased to 650% of Attack
Lv.3: Damage increased to 700% of Attack
Lv.4: Damage increased to 750% of Attack
Gravity Pull
- When used: Automatically activated at the start of battle (initial cooldown = 1 second). Thereafter it triggers every 5 seconds (cooldown 5s).
- Effect: Creates a Black Hole at the center of the battlefield that pulls the nearest enemy into it. After 1 second, a second Black Hole appears above the farthest enemy, dropping them and dealing 200% of Attack as Magic Damage to all enemies within a 3-meter radius of the impact point. Additionally, affected enemies are stunned for 1.5 seconds.
- Bonus effect: The Black Hole resets the duration of all negative effects (debuffs) on any enemy pulled in.
Lv.2: Damage increased to 220% of Attack
Lv.3: Damage increased to 240% of Attack
Lv.4: Damage increased to 260% of Attack
Lv.5: Damage increased to 280% of Attack
Cosmic Repulsion
- When used: Automatically placed at the enemy backline at battle start (initial cooldown = 1 second), then triggers every 8 seconds (cooldown 8s).
- Trigger condition: Fires only when a non-summon enemy guardian casts a skill (excluding ultimates).
- Effect: Upon detecting a cast, the White Hole releases an energy wave that deals 300% of Attack as Magic Damage to the casting target. The wave interrupts the cast, and imposes a silence or disarm (depending on the type of skill interrupted—for 4 seconds). Also, the White Hole’s wave dispels all positive effects from the target.
Lv.2: Damage increased to 320% of Attack
Lv.3: Damage increased to 340% of Attack
Lv.4: Damage increased to 360% of Attack
Lv.5: Damage increased to 380% of Attack
Celestial Resonance (Passive / Synergy Mechanic)
- Buff on Rift cast: Every time Alexander casts Dimensional Rift, he gains +3% Attack and +3 Magic Defense (for the rest of the battle).
- On banish via Rift: If the target has 1 active debuff, Alexander gains 125 Energy + 5% Magic Penetration for the rest of the battle.
- If the target has 2 or more active debuffs, Alexander also banishes another nearby guardian into a Rift (2.5 seconds) — prioritizing the guardian with the most debuffs. This secondary banish can also trigger another Celestial Resonance chain, continuing until no valid targets remain.
- If the target has 2 or more active debuffs, Alexander also banishes another nearby guardian into a Rift (2.5 seconds) — prioritizing the guardian with the most debuffs. This secondary banish can also trigger another Celestial Resonance chain, continuing until no valid targets remain.
- Other benefit: Celestial Resonance also increases Energy Gain Speed by 5%.
Lv 2: Alexander gains 5% Attack, 5 Magic Defense and 5 Evade.
Lv 3: Alexander gains 7% Attack, 7 Magic Defense and 7 Evade.
Lv 4: Alexander gains 9% Attack, 9 Magic Defense and 9 Evade.
Lv 5: Alexander gains 11% Attack, 11 Magic Defense and 11 Evade.
Summary — Alexander’s Combat Role
Use Alexander when you need hard mitigation and control: his ultimate, Dimensional Rift, can remove an enemy guardian from the fight entirely — putting them in a separate dimension for 10 seconds, or delivering massive burst damage if banish fails. This makes him excellent against high-HP frontline targets or key enemies whose presence would otherwise dominate the battle.
Alexander also excels at disruption. His Cosmic Vacuum silences or disarms spell-casting backline enemies whenever they try to cast spells, and his Gravity Pull repeatedly stuns and pulls enemies — resetting debuffs and breaking enemy formations.
For maximum value, build teams that:
- help him gain energy so he can cast Rift often;
- apply debuffs or crowd control to targets (so his passive can chain multiple banishes);
- capitalize on windows when enemies are removed or silenced.
In the right setup, Alexander becomes a control engine — enabling your team to dictate the pace of the fight.
- Primary role: A space-mage controller and specialist who removes or neutralizes key enemy guardians (especially tanks, supports, casters) — either by banishing them temporarily or delivering heavy burst damage.
- Crowd-control engine: Through Gravity Pull and Cosmic Vacuum, he disrupts positioning, interrupts casters, stuns, silences/disarms, dispels buffs, and refreshes enemy debuffs.
- Scaling powerhouse: Thanks to Celestial Resonance, every Rift cast improves his stats and resource generation; with properly debuffed targets, he can chain multiple banishes — potentially decimating enemy frontlines and backlines in sequence.
- Best used when:
- Facing high-HP guardians (tanks or bulky supports).
- Enemy team has casters, healers, or summoners who rely on backline spells.
- Allies can apply debuffs or DoT effects ahead of time to maximize Celestial Resonance.
- Facing high-HP guardians (tanks or bulky supports).
